Primary purpose of role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Payroll Services EMEA within our Supply Chain Division to be based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a complex contract that requires detailed knowledge of payroll processes and legislation. This person will also be an authoritative decision maker in relation to regional payroll issues which arise and the company complexity and TUPE environment provides challenges to maintaining consistency and standardisation. The outsourcing of payroll services is a new concept outside of the UK balancing country, regional and global requirements. This person will be delivering through people who do not report directly to them and through HR operations and there will be a need for some travel within the EMEA region.

Hours Are: Full time Days and Hours to be agreed
